We are hiring a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse for a contract opportunity in Moses Lake, WA. The ICU RN will provide critical care to acutely ill patients, manage complex cases, and work closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the ICU setting
• Monitor critically ill patients and respond to changing conditions quickly
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered
• Manage ventilators, invasive lines, and advanced monitoring equipment
• Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare team members
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely charting/documentation
• May function as Charge Nurse when needed

Requirements:
• Active Washington RN License required
• BLS required
• ICU / Acute Care RN experience preferred
• ACLS preferred / required during assignment
• PALS, TNCC, PEARS preferred
• Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
