📍 Location: Holyoke, MA
📅 Duration: 13 Weeks
🕒 Shift: Nights (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
⏰ Guaranteed Hours: 40 hrs/week
📆 Every Other Weekend & Every Other Holiday Required
🚨 Start Date: 06/15/2026

🩺 Requirements:
• Active Massachusetts RN License required at submission
• Minimum 1 year inpatient Psych experience required
• Must be willing to float and take charge when needed
• BSN preferred
• CPR Certification required
• Crisis intervention / de-escalation experience preferred
• Strong behavioral health and substance abuse treatment knowledge preferred

📌 Responsibilities:
• Provide direct and indirect nursing care to psychiatric patients
• Maintain a safe therapeutic environment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team
• Develop, implement, and document patient care plans
• Support crisis management and patient stabilization
• Float to similar or lower acuity units as needed
• Perform charge duties when assigned
