Ready for the Big Island? Join our medical unit in Hilo\! This is a high-capacity unit (77 beds) where you'll utilize Meditech EMR to deliver care. This role is perfect for a flexible, proactive nurse looking to experience Hawaii while supporting a dynamic medical team.
**Requirements:**
✅ **Experience:** 2–10 years of recent Med-Surg experience.
✅ **License:** Hawaii RN License (must have by start date).
✅ **Certifications:** Active BLS & ACLS required.
✅ **Skills:** Proficiency with Meditech EMR, wound vacs, and chest tubes.
**Important Details:**
• **Flexibility is Key:** Must be open to various shift lengths and days.
• **Floating:** May float to Laulima or Cardiovascular units.
• **Patient Ratio:** 1:8 for the night shift.
