Key Responsibilities
Provide care for PCU and step-down patients with complex medical conditions
Monitor telemetry and respond to changing patient conditions
Manage advanced equipment including chest tubes, central lines, ventilatory support & IV drips
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Support patient care from admission through discharge
Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of recent PCU/Step-Down RN experience required
Active Montana RN License
BLS, ACLS & PALS required
Strong telemetry and critical care assessment skills
Experience with cardiac, respiratory, and post-procedural patients preferred
