Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care across multiple medical and surgical units
Monitor step-down and Med/Surg patients with changing conditions
Utilize chest tubes, wound vacs, and other acute care equipment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Maintain accurate patient documentation and safe patient care practices
Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of recent Med/Surg or Step-Down RN experience required
Active Hawaii RN License required by start date
BLS Required
ACLS Preferred
Strong floating and acute care experience preferred
Flexibility with unit assignments and night shifts required
