Level III Trauma Facility
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct critical care nursing for ICU/CCU patients
Monitor ventilators, cardiac monitors, and hemodynamic equipment
Administer IV medications and manage critical drips
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Deliver rapid response and life-saving interventions as needed
Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of recent ICU/CCU RN experience required
Active Washington RN License or Compact License
BLS, ACLS & NIHSS Required
Strong critical care, telemetry, and ventilator management skills
Excellent clinical judgment and patient assessment abilities
