Seeking an experienced Interim Emergency Services Manager to lead and support Emergency Department operations during a critical staffing need. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned ER leader looking to make an immediate impact in a community-focused hospital setting.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight of the Emergency Department.
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Coordinate staffing schedules and resource allocation to maintain efficient department operations.
• Monitor patient flow, throughput, and quality metrics to optimize departmental performance.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and patient safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Participate in performance improvement projects and process enhancement initiatives.
• Manage departmental issues, conflict resolution, and staff development activities.
• Support budgeting, productivity monitoring, and operational planning.
• Maintain a positive culture focused on patient satisfaction, quality care, and staff engagement.

✅ Requirements:
• Active California RN License
• Current BLS Certification
• Minimum 5 Years of Emergency Room Experience
• Minimum 2 Years of Leadership/Management Experience
• TB Clearance completed within the previous 12 months
• Strong Emergency Department operations and leadership background
