# RN – Med/Surg/Telemetry Float Pool

## Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses to join a Med/Surg/Telemetry Float Pool at a leading healthcare system in Cleveland, Ohio. This opportunity is ideal for nurses who enjoy working in a dynamic environment, caring for diverse patient populations, and utilizing a broad range of clinical skills.

## Schedule

* 13-Week Contract
* Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
* 36 Hours Per Week
* Every Other Weekend Required
* Holiday Rotation Required

## Responsibilities

* Provide direct patient care to Med/Surg and Telemetry patients
* Perform comprehensive patient assessments
* Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient condition
* Administer medications and treatments as ordered
* Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
* Float between designated units based on staffing and patient care needs
* Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record
* Maintain patient safety and quality care standards

## Requirements

* Active Ohio RN License
* Current AHA BLS Certification
* Minimum 1 year of Registered Nurse experience
* Med/Surg and/or Telemetry experience preferred
* Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
* Ability to adapt to different patient care settings

## Preferred Qualifications

* Previous Float Pool experience
* Telemetry monitoring experience
* Acute Care Hospital experience
* Experience with EPIC EMR
