### Position Highlights:

✅ Director of Labor, Delivery, Recovery & Postpartum (LDRP) Services
✅ BSN Required
✅ Master's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Related Field Required
✅ Minimum **10 Years of Labor & Delivery Clinical Experience**
✅ Minimum **5 Years of Progressive Healthcare Leadership Experience**
✅ Active Colorado RN License Required (or Ability to Obtain)
✅ BLS, ACLS & NRP Certifications Required
✅ Additional Maternal or Neonatal Certifications Preferred

### Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Provide strategic and operational leadership for Women's Services and LDRP operations
🔹 Lead recruitment, mentorship, and professional development of nursing staff
🔹 Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and hospital standards
🔹 Drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance maternal and newborn outcomes
🔹 Collaborate with physicians, midwives, neonatal teams, and executive leadership
🔹 Manage departmental staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation
🔹 Foster a culture of patient safety, clinical excellence, and staff engagement
