🏥 Full-Time | Exempt Leadership Role
Requirements
✅ BSN Required
✅ Master's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field required
✅ Active Colorado RN License (or ability to obtain)
✅ BLS, ACLS & NRP Certifications
✅ 10+ Years of Labor & Delivery Clinical Experience
✅ 5+ Years of Progressive Leadership Experience
Key Responsibilities
Lead Labor & Delivery operations and clinical excellence
Mentor and develop nursing staff
Drive quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives
Manage staffing, budgets, and departmental resources
Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance
Collaborate with physicians, midwives, neonatal teams, and hospital leadership
