**Travel Interim Emergency Services Manager (RN) | Arcata, CA**
**13 Weeks | Days | $125/hr Bill Rate**

We are seeking an experienced Interim Emergency Services Manager to lead Emergency Department operations in a community hospital setting.

**Requirements:**
* Active California RN License
* Current BLS Certification
* Minimum 5 years of Emergency Room experience
* Minimum 3 years of leadership/management experience
* TB clearance completed within the last 12 months

**Assignment Details:**
* 13-week contract
* Monday–Friday | 8-hour day shifts
* 40 guaranteed hours per week
* No holiday requirement
* CPSI/Evident EMR
* Quick Start Opportunity

**Responsibilities:**
* Oversee daily Emergency Department operations
* Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff
* Ensure quality patient care and regulatory compliance
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes
* Manage workflow, staffing, and departmental performance initiatives
