Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM | On-call rotation required (Hospice coverage while on-call)

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of Home Health RN experience
Active Vermont RN License 
Strong OASIS documentation experience
Home Health case management experience
Experience with McKesson EMR preferred
IV therapy, wound care, and other high-tech nursing skills preferred

Additional Details:

37 guaranteed hours/week
Holiday coverage required
Mileage reimbursement available
Must be comfortable providing hospice coverage during on-call
