### Job Requirements

✔ Active Wisconsin RN License
✔ Current BLS (AHA) Certification
✔ NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification
✔ Education Verification Required
✔ Min 3 + years of Acute Care Med-Surg experience
✔ EPIC EMR experience preferred
✔ Must be willing to float to other units as needed

### Responsibilities

* Provide comprehensive nursing care for orthopedic and neurological patients.
* Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and nursing standards.
* Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
* Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes promptly.
* Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR.
* Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
* Deliver patient and family education throughout the care process.
* Support patient safety initiatives and quality improvement efforts.
* Float to other nursing units when required.
