Live and work in beautiful Hawaii! We're seeking an experienced **Travel Labor & Delivery / LDRP Registered Nurse** to join a rural community hospital providing exceptional maternal and newborn care. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN with strong **Labor & Delivery, Nursery, and Couplet Care** experience.

🗓 **Contract Length:** 13 Weeks
🕒 **Shift:** 12-Hour Night Shifts (72–80 Hours Every Two Weeks)

### Requirements

✔ **Current Hawaii RN License (Required at Submission)**
✔ Minimum 4 Years of Labor & Delivery Experience
✔ Labor & Delivery Experience Required
✔ Nursery & Couplet Care Experience Required
✔ Current AHA BLS Certification
✔ Current ACLS Certification
✔ Current NRP Certification
✔ Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring Certification (AWHONN/C-EFM)

### Responsibilities

* Provide comprehensive nursing care for laboring, postpartum, and newborn patients.
* Deliver expert Labor & Delivery and Nursery care, including couplet care.
* Monitor labor progression and fetal well-being using intermediate or advanced fetal monitoring techniques.
* Assess and care for newborns, ensuring safe transition after delivery.
* Educate and support mothers and families throughout the childbirth experience.
* Assist other departments when needed (not as the primary nurse).
* Accurately document patient care using **EPIC EMR**.
* Perform Charge Nurse responsibilities when assigned.
