**13-Week Contract | Day Shift | CVOR**

We’re hiring an experienced **Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) RN** for a travel assignment in Southern Illinois!

🔹 **Requirements:**
• Active **Illinois RN License**
• Minimum **3 years of RN experience**
• CVOR/Operating Room experience
• Current **BLS/CPR**
• Current **ACLS**
• Strong surgical and cardiovascular nursing skills
• Must be willing to float to clinically appropriate units within scope and demonstrated competencies

🔹 **Assignment Details:**
• **13-week contract**
• **Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM**
• 8-hour shifts
• **On-call required as needed**
• No holiday coverage required
• **EPIC EMR**
• W-2 employment only — **No 1099**
• No guaranteed hours

🔹 **Responsibilities:**
• Provide perioperative nursing care in the CVOR
• Prepare patients for cardiovascular surgical procedures
• Assist with safe intraoperative patient care
• Monitor patients and maintain strict safety standards
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team
• Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Follow infection-control and surgical protocols
• Support patient care during call assignments
• Float to appropriate units when required
