💰 Salary: **$100,000 – $140,000/year**

### Position Highlights:

✅ Full-Time Permanent Leadership Role
✅ Acute Care Hospital Facilities Experience Required
✅ Minimum **5 Years of Leadership/Management Experience** Required
✅ Experience Managing Plant Operations, Maintenance, EVS & Grounds Operations
✅ Oversight of Approximately 45 FTEs
✅ Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance Available
✅ Annual Performance Bonus Eligible

### Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, or Related Field Preferred
✅ Strong Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry & Boiler Systems
✅ Experience with Life Safety Codes, Environmental Services & Hospital Operations
✅ Knowledge of NFPA, OSHA, EPA, CMS and Building Code Compliance
✅ Proven Leadership, Budgeting, and Operational Management Experience

### Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead Plant Operations, Maintenance, Environmental Services, and Grounds Departments
🔹 Manage departmental budgets, staffing, and operational performance
🔹 Ensure preventive maintenance and reliability of critical facility systems
🔹 Oversee utility systems supporting patient care and hospital operations
🔹 Maintain compliance with NFPA, OSHA, EPA, CMS, and local regulations
🔹 Manage vendor and contractor relationships
🔹 Drive operational excellence, safety initiatives, and customer satisfaction
🔹 Partner with hospital leadership to support organizational goals and facility growth
