⏳ Contract: 13 weeks
🕐 Shift: Days
⏱️ Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Position Overview

Seeking an experienced CT/X-Ray Technologist to perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures while providing excellent patient care. The technologist must be registered in at least two imaging modalities and be comfortable working independently and cross-training into additional modalities as needed.

Responsibilities
Perform CT, X-ray, and other assigned imaging procedures
Follow imaging protocols and radiation safety/ALARA standards
Verify exam orders and properly identify patients
Provide patient education and quality patient care
Perform equipment quality control and troubleshoot equipment issues
Notify radiologists of STAT/emergent cases
Maintain accurate documentation and imaging records
Work with PACS, RIS/HIS, and electronic medical records
Assist with patient transportation and clerical duties when needed
Cross-train and assist with other imaging modalities within scope
Maintain supplies and ensure equipment is operational
Participate in weekends, holidays, and call coverage as required
Maintain compliance with hospital, state, and federal regulations
Requirements

✅ Current BLS Certification
✅ Registered in at least 2 imaging modalities
✅ ARRT registration in Radiology, CT, MRI, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, or Sonography OR applicable ARDMS credentials
✅ Prior experience as a practicing Technologist preferred
✅ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
✅ Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
✅ Experience with PACS/RIS/HIS preferred
✅ Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
✅ Must be able to pass required background check and drug screening
