# Travel Occupational Therapist – California

### Position Details

### Responsibilities
* Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
* Provide therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities and independence
* Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and safety
* Develop and implement treatment programs based on patient needs and goals
* Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
* Collaborate with nursing, rehabilitation staff, and other healthcare professionals
* Provide patient and family education regarding therapy goals and techniques
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
* Ensure treatment is provided in accordance with professional and regulatory standards
* Promote patient independence and quality of life throughout the rehabilitation process

### Requirements
* **Current, active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license required**
* Minimum **3 year of occupational therapy experience**
* Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
* Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
* Skilled Nursing Facility or post-acute experience **preferred, but not required**
* Experience working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team preferred
* Must be available for a full-time assignment
* W-2 employment only; **1099 not accepted**
