🌟 Behavioral Health Clinician – Full Time

🗓️ Permanent Full-Time Position |
Position Highlights:
Provide evidence-based, culturally relevant outpatient behavioral health services
Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning
Provide individual, group, family, and marital therapy
Deliver crisis intervention and care coordination
Integrate mental health and substance use disorder interventions
Provide patient education, advocacy, motivational interviewing, and skill development
Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical and community teams
Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records
Shared rotating after-hours crisis/emergency coverage may be required
Support patients across all age groups
Requirements:
3 Years experiance Clinical Social Work
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline
LCSW, LPC, or LMFT preferred
Unlicensed clinicians may receive supervised clinical support toward licensure
Alaska Driver’s License or ability to obtain within 6 months
BLS required within 3 months
Experience with behavioral health assessment and diagnosis
Strong skills in crisis intervention, treatment planning, documentation, and patient advocacy
Alaska Chemical Dependency Counselor I or MAC certification preferred
Commitment to culturally competent, patient-centered care
