🏥 Travel Med/Surg Tele RN – 13 Week Contract | Days

We’re seeking an experienced Med/Surg Telemetry RN for an exciting travel opportunity in Globe, Arizona!

📍 Location: Globe, AZ
⏳ Contract: 13 Weeks
🕒 Schedule: Days | 7:00 AM–7:00 PM |
⏰ Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs/week
📞 Call: Optional during low census, rotating with full-time staff
💻 EMR: Meditech
👩‍⚕️ Ratio: Med/Surg/OBS 1:6 | Step Down 1:4

Requirements:
✅ Active RN License
✅ Minimum 3+ years of experience
✅ Med/Surg experience required
✅ Telemetry experience required
⭐ Step Down experience preferred
✅ BLS Certification
✅ ACLS Certification
✅ PALS Certification
💉 Flu vaccine required — no exceptions
📍 100-mile radius rule applies

Responsibilities:
🔹 Provide safe, comprehensive care to Med/Surg and Telemetry patients
🔹 Monitor patients and recognize changes in clinical condition
🔹 Manage patients in Med/Surg, Observation and Step Down settings
🔹 Administer medications and treatments using Alaris pumps & Omnicell
🔹 Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
🔹 Maintain accurate documentation and promote positive patient outcomes

Assignment Details:
📅 13-week contract
📞 Call may be offered during low census
🚫 Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts during the assignment
📋 RTO limited to 3 days per 13-week contract
🎉 No holiday coverage required
