Seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for an outpatient assignment. Equipment will be provided.

* Active Arizona PT License
* Compact license accepted with permanent Arizona license application required immediately
* **3+ years Physical Therapist experience**
* Outpatient experience
* Must complete required credentialing documentation
