🏡 Travel LTC RN – 13 Week Contract

We’re seeking a Registered Nurse (LTC) for a travel assignment in Mauston, Wisconsin!

📍 Location: Mauston, WI
⏳ Contract: 13 Weeks
🕒 Schedule: Weekend PM Shift 2pm-10:30pm with 3 (14hr shifts) as follows: Sat. 2-10:30pm Sun. 2-10:30pm Mon./Tues-off Wed. 2-10:30pm Thurs. -off Fri. -6a-8:30pm Sat.-6a-8:30pm Sun. 6a-8:30pm Mon./Tues.-off Wed. 2-10:30pm Thurs.-off Fri. 2-10:30pm
⏰ Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs/week
💻 EMR: Meditech

Requirements;✅ Active Wisconsin RN License
🎓 Associate Degree in Nursing required | BSN
✅ BLS/CPR
⭐ 3+ year of experience in Long Term Care
📋 Strong accuracy & attention to detail

🏥 Setting: Long-Term Care / Nursing Home
💊 Medication administration & resident assessments
🩹 Wound care and resident condition monitoring
👩‍⚕️ Lead floor activities and communicate significant changes
