### **Job Requirements**
* Minimum **3 years of recent Radiologic Technologist experience**
* Successful completion of radiology training from an **AMA-approved radiology program**
* Current, active **Arizona Radiologic Technologist license**
* **ARRT (R)** certification required
* Current **American Heart Association BLS** certification required
* Experience operating **teleradiology and fax equipment**
* Strong experience operating diagnostic X-ray equipment and processing radiographic images
* Must be able to provide diagnostic imaging services in both **inpatient and outpatient settings**
* Active state license must be maintained throughout the assignment
* Holiday coverage required

### **Position Details**
* 13-week travel contract
* Day shift, Monday through Thursday
* **40 hours/week scheduled**
* No on-call requirement
* Orientation held every 2 weeks
* Shared contractor housing is **very limited**
* Housing is subject to availability; **no pets or family allowed**
* Housing application must be submitted **2 weeks prior to start**
* COVID/flu exemptions may be accepted with required declination documentation
* **W-2 only; 1099 not accepted**
