🏥 **Travel Physical Therapist – Outpatient | Las Vegas, NV**

📍 **Location:** Las Vegas, Nevada
⏳ **Contract:** 26 weeks
🕐 **Shift:** Days | 8-hour shifts
📆 **Schedule:** 5×8s / 40 hrs per week
💼 **Guaranteed Hours:** 40 hrs/week
🏥 **Setting:** Outpatient Physical Therapy

### **Job Requirements**
* Active **Physical Therapist license** & 3 years PT experience required
* Nevada license required; candidates may start with a **compact license but must obtain a permanent Nevada license promptly**
* Outpatient Physical Therapy experience required
* Must be comfortable working in an outpatient rehabilitation setting
* Strong patient assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention skills
* Must complete required facility documentation and credentialing before starting
* Equipment will be provided/confirmed during the interview process
* **No on-call requirement**
* Holiday coverage not required
* **W-2 only; 1099 not accepted**

* 26-week travel contract
* Day shifts
* 40 hours/week
* Overtime paid after 40 hours
* Parking information provided on the first day
* Dress code information provided on the first day
* Candidates with recent permanent/PRN employment at the organization may have eligibility restrictions
* General outpatient PT experience preferred
