🩻 Travel Radiologic/CT Technologist – Diagnostic Imaging

📍 Location: Havre, Montana
📅 Contract: 13 Weeks
⏰ Shift: Variable – Based on Facility Need
⏱️ Hours: 40 Hours/Week

We're seeking an experienced Radiologic/CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment providing diagnostic radiographic and CT procedures. The technologist will perform imaging procedures under the direction of radiologists and department leadership while applying safe and effective radiation practices.

✅ Requirements
Active Montana Radiologic Technologist License
Minimum 3 years of Radiologic/CT Technologist experience
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
Current ARRT(RT) Certification
Current BLS/BCLS Certification
Knowledge of imaging procedures and radiation safety practices
Ability to provide age-appropriate care to patients
Strong technical skills, initiative, and independent judgment
Must meet the facility's 250-mile radius requirement for Montana travelers

🩻 Clinical Experience
Perform diagnostic radiographic and CT procedures
Operate radiologic and CT equipment safely and effectively
Apply prescribed ionizing radiation according to established protocols
Position patients appropriately for diagnostic imaging
Verify patient information, orders, and examination requirements
Evaluate images for technical quality and repeat studies when necessary
Follow radiation safety and infection prevention standards
Maintain accurate imaging and patient documentation
Work collaboratively with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Provide appropriate care and communication based on patient age and clinical needs

📌 Assignment Highlights
40 hours per week
Variable schedule based on departmental needs
Holiday coverage required
On-call/pager coverage may be required
2-hour minimum callback when called back
