🏥 Travel RN Care Manager – 13 Week Contract | Days

We’re seeking an experienced RN Care Manager for a travel assignment in York, Maine!

📍 Location: York, ME
⏳ Contract: 13 Weeks
⏰ Guaranteed Hours: 40 hrs/week
🕒 Schedule: Variable 8 - 4:30 pm or 4 - 10 hour shifts of 7:30 am to 5:00 pm
📅 Weekend & Holiday Rotation Required
🚫 No Call

📋 Requirements
👩‍⚕️ RN with Associate or Bachelor’s degree
🏥 Minimum 3–5 years Care Manager experience
📋 Experience in Med/Surg, Home Care, Hospital Case Management and/or Utilization Review
🔍 Utilization Review & Discharge Planning experience required
🩺 Active BLS required
📜 Active Maine RN license required
🎓 CCM or ACM
🏆 Nationally recognized Case Management/Utilization Review certification preferred
🤝 Strong communication, care coordination & interdisciplinary collaboration skills
