### 🩺 **Position Overview**
Seeking a compassionate and experienced **Acute Care Registered Nurse** to provide safe, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. The RN will use the nursing process to assess patients, develop care plans, administer treatments, monitor changes in condition, and coordinate care with the healthcare team.

### ✅ **Requirements**
- **3 year of recent RN experience**
- Active **South Dakota RN license**
- Acute Care or hospital nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills

### 📋 **Key Responsibilities**
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and respiratory treatments as ordered
- Monitor patients and recognize changes in condition
- Respond promptly to clinical changes and communicate with providers
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatments, and discharge care
- Follow infection-control and patient-safety standards
- Delegate appropriate tasks to supervised staff
- Provide guidance and support to assigned team members
- Assist with orientation and training of new staff
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals
- Participate in continuing education and professional development
