❤️ Travel Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist – Day Shift

📍 Location: Nashua, New Hampshire
📅 Contract: 13 Weeks
☀️ Shift: Days
⏱️ Hours: 40 Hours/Week
💻 EMR: EPIC

We're seeking an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment. The technologist will support cardiac catheterization and special procedures by scrubbing, operating X-ray equipment, assisting physicians, and maintaining a safe and efficient procedural environment.

✅ Requirements
Active New Hampshire ARRT License
Minimum 3 years of Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist experience
Current ARRT Certification
Current BLS Certification
Current ACLS Certification
Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology certificate or degree program
Experience with cardiac catheterization and special procedures
Ability to take on-call assignments
Experience with Balloon Pump and Impella preferred/required for role competency

❤️ Clinical Experience
Scrub for Cardiac Cath Lab and Special Procedures procedures
Operate X-ray equipment associated with cardiac and special procedures
Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures
Perform special-procedure radiography according to established protocols
Prepare and position patients for procedures
Review requisitions and identify pertinent clinical information and special requests
Evaluate images for adequate density, contrast, detail, and diagnostic quality
Prepare and maintain procedural equipment and supplies
Clean and restock procedural areas between examinations
Monitor procedures and report unusual reactions or conditions to nursing staff
Maintain patient safety and support effective communication throughout procedures
Demonstrate competency with Balloon Pump and Impella
Maintain accurate documentation and follow departmental standards
