🚨 Travel Emergency Room RN – Nights

📍 Location: Craig, Colorado
📅 Contract: 13 Weeks
🌙 Shift: Nights
⏱️ Hours: 36 Hours/Week

We're seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment. The RN will provide comprehensive emergency care, prioritize patients through triage, coordinate individualized plans of care, and respond effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.

✅ Requirements
Active Colorado RN License or Compact RN License
Minimum 3 years of Emergency Department / ED RN experience
Current BLS Certification
Current ACLS Certification
Current PALS or ENPC Certification
Current TNCC Certification
Current STABLE Certification
Current NRP Certification
Strong emergency nursing, triage, assessment, and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work independently and make decisive clinical judgments
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred

🚨 Clinical Experience
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care
Triage and prioritize patients according to clinical needs
Provide emergency nursing care using evidence-based practices
Monitor patient conditions and evaluate responses to treatment
Coordinate patient transfers, discharges, referrals, and follow-up care
Provide age-appropriate patient and family education
Identify and address psychosocial, cultural, communication, and learning needs
Administer and delegate patient care appropriately
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Follow Colorado nursing practice standards and organizational policies
Maintain patient confidentiality and safety
Participate in quality improvement and performance improvement initiatives
Follow infection control, safety, and risk-management procedures
