🌟 Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health Travel Contract

📍 Oakland ,California
🚨 Rapid Response Crisis
🌞 Monday–Friday | 40 Hours/Week

Position Highlights:

Prioritize Start of Care visits

Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants

Complete next-day reporting for Start of Care visits

Clinical notes and documentation due within 48 hours

Maintain timely communication with supervisors, intake, and office staff

30 Productivity Points/Week

Training: 3 Full Days – 1 in-house and 2 in the field

Kinnser documentation system

iPad and RingCentral provided

Mileage reimbursement and parking/toll reimbursement available

Requirements:

Active California OT License

3+ Year of Home Health Experience

Ability to expand territory as needed

Responsive during normal business hours

Must be able to supervise OT Assistants
