We are hiring a full-time Nurse Manager – NICU in Houston, Texas. You will assist the Director with all department activities to assure a coordinated effort in fulfilling department responsibilities with the long-range plan, mission, vision, and values of the facility.

🩺 What You'll Do
• Two Weekends per Month (Thursday, Friday & Saturday)
• One Week of On-Call Every 6 Weeks
• You will assist in coordinating the department’s participation in Performance Improvement activities to assure continuous Quality Improvement.
• You will ensure that nursing care is based on the nursing process and evaluates the effectiveness on an ongoing basis.
• You will provide clinical support to the nursing staff.?
• You will be responsible assisting, planning, implementing and evaluating care for patients in the Women’s Services Units.

✅ Requirements
• all shifts have a weekends w/rotation/on-call requirement. Candidates must be flexible with shift requirements in this Leadership Role
• 2 plus years of experience in NICU required
• Recent (within the last year) acute care NICU leadership experience required – Level 3 or 4 required
• 2 plus years of management or Charge Nurse Experience required
• BSN required
• Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (Employees with RN Compact License are required to obtain Texas RN License within 60 days of hire date)
• Current American Heart Association BLS Certification required
