Full-time position for an Occupational Theraist in Rockford, IL from August 2026-May 2027 Key Details: *Position is full-time, 37.5 hours per week *Orientation dates are 8/3 and 8/4, Start date is 8/10/26, end date is 5/21/27. *Three openings are available so you can discuss your desired caseload and age group. Options include EC, Elem, Middle and High School Qualifications: *Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy *Current IL License to practice or eligible *Previous experience working with a school-based population highly preferred Our awesome Ardor benefits include: Weekly pay, every Friday! Travel Farther Together Referral Program: Payout is tiered. The $1,200 per clinician reward applies only after you’ve referred 10 or more clinicians who successfully contract with Ardor. Payouts are split: 50% when the referred clinician starts, and 50% when they reach the midpoint of their assignment.
License, Certification & CE Assistance: Reimbursements and assistance are offered on a case-by-case basis. Approval must be documented by your recruiting team and is not guaranteed for every clinician or assignment.
COVID-19 vaccination and testing requirements vary by facility. Ardor School and Kids adheres to the guidelines and requirements of each facility, as well as all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
