New full-time opening for a School-based Speech Language Pathologist to join our team for the 2026-27 school year. You'll work in the vicinity of Desoto, TX in the DFW area of Texas. Using primarily a pull-out therapy model, your work with students on speech and language deficits, attend ARD meeting and collaborate with other professionals to help your students do their best! Key Details: *You will be responsible for providing therapy services, conducting assessments, planning interventions, and collaborating with educators and families within the educational environment. *Full time role, 38.5 hours per week *Start date is 8/13/26, end date is 5/26/27 *Exact school caseload will be discussed at interview, likely a combo of a few schools, early applicants get first pick! Qualifications: *SLP-CCC'S *TX SLP license *School-based experience highly preferred Rates: Taxable payrates or pay structures that include travel stipends are both available with qualifying tax home. Travel Farther Together Referral Program: Payout is tiered. The $1,200 per clinician reward applies only after you’ve referred 10 or more clinicians who successfully contract with Ardor. Payouts are split: 50% when the referred clinician starts, and 50% when they reach the midpoint of their assignment.

License, Certification & CE Assistance: Reimbursements and assistance are offered on a case-by-case basis. Approval must be documented by your recruiting team and is not guaranteed for every clinician or assignment.
