Description
- Full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position for the 2026–2027 school year, district-wide in St. Charles, IL
- Orientation: 8/3/26; School year: 8/11/26–5/21/27
- Deliver direct behavioral interventions to students per their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and specialists to develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Document all services, data, and progress to ensure district/state compliance
- Participate in IEP meetings; provide expertise in behavior analysis, behavior management, and functional behavior assessments (FBA)
- Weekly compensation: $2,437–$2,681 (based on experience)
- Eligibility for tax-free stipends (per diem) if qualified
