Description
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of students to determine eligibility for special education services.
- Facilitate ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings for students requiring special education.
- Provide support in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, faculty, and parents to support student success.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with documentation and reporting requirements.
- Must hold (or be eligible for) Texas Educational Diagnostician license.
- Requires a Master’s degree in Education or an approved related field.
- Must have passed the TExES 253 exam and completed 160 practicum hours at a TEA-accredited school.
