Description
- Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Location: District-wide, Freeport, IL
- Dates: 8/20/26 – 5/27/27
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct behavioral interventions to students per Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), addressing behavior concerns and skill deficits.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other specialists to develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and other strategies.
- Maintain accurate records, including data collection and documentation of services and student progress, ensuring compliance with district and state regulations.
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise in behavior analysis, behavior management, and functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Illinois licensure or eligibility to practice in Illinois as determined by the Illinois State Board of Education.
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in applied behavioral sciences, psychology, education, or related field.
- Proficiency with school-based technology.
- PEL (Professional Educator License) required.
