Description
- Full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position for the 2026-27 school year, serving K-12 students in a school-based setting
- Conducts functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develops individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Collaborates with special education staff, related service providers, and administrators to support ABA-based strategies in classrooms
- Trains and supervises Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), paraprofessionals, and instructional staff in behavior support
- Monitors and analyzes student progress data to adjust interventions as needed
- Participates in IEP meetings, providing behavioral expertise for eligibility determinations, goal setting, and accommodations
- Ensures compliance with state/district special education laws and BACB ethical standards
- Provides crisis intervention and de-escalation strategies when necessary
- Maintains regular communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress and behavior plans
- Coordinates with school psychologists, counselors, and external providers for comprehensive student support
- Offers weekly pay ($2,300–2,700/week, based on experience), with tax-free stipends for travelers

- Requires a master’s degree (or higher) in Behavior Analysis or equivalent, active BCBA certification, and completion of WA state ESA certification process
