- Conducts formal and informal evaluations to identify students with disabilities.
- Analyzes assessment data and prepares comprehensive evaluation reports.
- Participates in ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings and other student support teams.
- Collaborates with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers to develop appropriate educational programs for students with disabilities.
- Monitors interventions and uses data to guide educational decisions.
- Provides training and consultation to school staff on assessment practices and special education requirements.
- Manages referrals and ensures compliance with state and federal special education regulations.
- Requires bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
- Hybrid work schedule: part on-site in schools, part remote for report writing.
