Description

Job Summary (in List Format):

- Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full Time
- Location: Brandon, Valrico, and Riverview areas (just east of Tampa Bay, FL)

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver ABA therapy services primarily in-clinic, with some services in schools and occasional home visits.
- Complete indirect tasks offsite as needed.
- Provide caregiver training, including via telehealth based on family preference.
- Participate in a supportive, collaborative, and family/staff-centered environment.
- Opportunity to develop and deliver CEU coursework, with commissions on sign-ups.

Qualifications:
- Master’s or doctoral degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field from an accredited institution.
- Completion of BACB-compliant graduate coursework.
- 2,000 hours of supervised independent fieldwork or 1,500 hours of concentrated supervised fieldwork.
- Pass the national BCBA exam (Pearson VUE).
- Hold national BCBA certification (no state-specific license required for FL).
