Speech-Language Pathologist – Linden Public Schools
ESS Clinical is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide school-based services in partnership with Linden Public Schools in Linden, NJ!
This is a temporary position providing maternity-leave coverage through December 2026, making it an excellent opportunity for an SLP looking for a school-based assignment with a defined timeframe, consistent weekday schedule, and guaranteed hours.

Location: Linden Public Schools – Linden, NJ
Assignment: Temporary maternity-leave coverage through December 2026
Pay up to $80/hour
No non-competes in our contracts
W2 and 1099 opportunities available
Requirements:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
New Jersey state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Experience in a school-based setting preferred but not required

Role Responsibilities:
-
Provide speech-language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services to students in accordance with their individual needs and IEPs
-
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting students' speech, language, communication, and related needs
-
Collaborate with classroom teachers, school staff, families, and other members of students' educational teams
-
Monitor and document student progress and modify treatment approaches as appropriate
-
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of students' IEPs
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school, district, state, and federal requirements

Support students in accessing and participating successfully in their educational environment
