ESS Clinical is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in partnership with Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District for the 2026–2027 school year. 

PAY STARTING AT $81/HR W2 CONTRACT OR STARTING AT $91/HR 1099 CONTRACT

Position Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services in accordance with students' IEPs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, Medicaid billing (when applicable), and progress reports.
• Consult with teachers, families, and staff regarding communication strategies and classroom accommodations.
• Complete assessments and reevaluations within required timelines.
• Maintain compliance with California Department of Education, district, and ESS Clinical policies.

Required Certifications & Licensure

• California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential (Preliminary or Clear), or eligibility to obtain one. This credential is required to provide speech-language services in California public schools.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university.
• Current California fingerprint/background clearance (Live Scan) or eligibility to obtain clearance prior to employment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Completion of all ESS Clinical onboarding and Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District pre-employment requirements.
