ESS Clinical is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in partnership with Jeffco Public Schools! 

Pay $70/hr W2 contracts and $77/hr 1099 contracts!

Essential Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and comprehensive assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student IEP goals.
• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, related service providers, and families.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Document evaluations, therapy notes, progress reports, and Medicaid billing (if applicable) accurately and timely.
• Recommend adaptive equipment, assistive technology, and classroom modifications.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on individual needs.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, district, and ESS Clinical policies and procedures.
• Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive learning environment for students.

Required Certifications & Licensure

•  NBCOT Certification
• Active Colorado Occupational Therapist License (DORA)
• Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Services License – School Occupational Therapist
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred)
• Successful completion of district-required background check and fingerprint clearance prior to start of employment
