Split between two outpatient clinics (17 miles apart)
Schedule
Monday–Friday
8-hour day shifts
40-hour guarantee
Holidays as needed

Job Summary

Provide comprehensive outpatient occupational therapy services to both adult and pediatric patients. Evaluate functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to help patients regain independence and improve quality of life across two outpatient clinic locations.

Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Treat both pediatric and adult outpatient patients
Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and adaptive techniques
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
Travel between the Marshall and Battle Creek clinic locations as scheduled
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience
Outpatient experience required
Strong pediatric experience required
Active Michigan Occupational Therapy License
Current AHA BLS Certification
Reliable personal vehicle with a clean driving record
One supervisory reference (within the last two years)
Current Occupational Therapy skills checklist (within one year)
Preferred Qualifications
Previous travel experience
Experience treating both pediatric and adult outpatient populations
