Job Summary
Join a busy outpatient orthopedic clinic providing individualized physical therapy services to help patients improve mobility, restore function, and return to their daily activities. Evaluate patients, develop evidence-based treatment plans and collaborate with the rehabilitation team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide skilled outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services
Modify treatment plans based on patient progress
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
Delegate appropriate therapy services as needed
Participate in quality improvement and professional development initiatives
Supervise students as assigned

Required Qualifications

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Active Physical Therapist license in the state of South Carolina
6 months to 1+ year of outpatient orthopedic experience
CPR Certification

Preferred Qualifications

Previous assignment with your staffing agency highly desired
Previous Select Medical assignment preferred
