Registered Dietitian Tulsa, OK

Location: Tulsa, OK
Facility: Select Specialty Hospital – Tulsa Midtown
Contract: Up to 13 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP

Work Setting
Critical Illness & Rehabilitation Hospital
Inpatient Clinical Nutrition
Collaborative multidisciplinary care team
Schedule
Monday–Friday
8-hour day shifts
40 hours per week
Job Summary

Provide comprehensive nutrition care for critically ill and medically complex patients. Assess nutritional needs, develop individualized nutrition care plans, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
Complete comprehensive nutrition assessments
Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans
Monitor nutritional status and adjust interventions as needed
Provide nutrition education to patients and families
Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and the rehabilitation team
Document assessments and interventions in the medical record
Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and discharge planning
Required Qualifications
Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential
Current state licensure (if required)
Graduate of an accredited Dietetics program
Preferred Qualifications
Acute care or critical illness experience
Long-term acute care (LTAC) experience
Strong clinical nutrition assessment skills
Experience with EMR documentation
