Schedule
Monday–Friday
8-hour day shifts
40 hours per week
Job Summary

Provide outpatient occupational therapy services through comprehensive evaluations, individualized treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions. Collaborate with physicians and the rehabilitation team to help patients regain function, improve independence, and return to their daily activities.

Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Modify treatment plans based on patient progress
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and adaptive strategies
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
Required Qualifications
Active Occupational Therapist (OT) License
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current BLS/CPR Certification (if required)
Preferred Qualifications
Outpatient orthopedic experience
Sports medicine or hand therapy experience
EMR experience
