We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract opportunity with Kentucky Orthopedic Rehab in an outpatient setting.

Work with patients experiencing a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions
Help patients improve mobility, strength, function and overall quality of life
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention and continued recovery
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of assignment
Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
Strong communication and patient-care skills
