Description

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN required)
Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license or valid Compact RN License (as per Florida regulations)
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification required (must obtain within 30 days of hire)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required (must obtain within 30 days of hire)
Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Trauma OR or Operating Room within an acute care setting (Required)
Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, trauma protocols, and perioperative care
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity trauma environment
Excellent critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
Commitment to delivering safe, high-quality patient care
