Description
Job Title – Clinical Nurse Manager
Location – San Jose, California
Base Salary – $150,000 – $200,000
Job Details:
Under the direction of the Clinical Nurse Director (CND), the Clinical Nurse Manager organizes and directs the day-to-day operations within the clinic, oversees clinic staff, and carefully coordinates clinic workflows to ensure services are provided effectively. The Clinical Nurse Manager is well-versed in people development, management, and RN-level nursing care.
WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday through Friday schedule – no weekends, no nights, and no on call
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in nursing or relevant healthcare field preferred; professional experience may be substituted
Unencumbered registered nurse (RN) state license required
(2) years of experience overseeing an ambulatory clinic operation including RN, LVN, and MA staff; equivalent nursing leadership experience in a high volume, outpatient setting may be substituted
(2) years of experience in a clinical setting with a frail or elderly population
Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire and maintain certification thereafter; CPR and First Aid certification upon hire preferred
