Description

Responsibilities:

Assist the surgical team in preparing for and performing operations.
Monitor and evaluate patients' conditions during surgery.
Ensure a sterile and organized environment in the operating room.
Respond promptly to emergencies and assist in life-saving measures.
Maintain a high level of communication and coordination with surgical staff.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in operating room nursing.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods.
Capability to lift and move patients or equipment as necessary.
Good manual dexterity for handling surgical instruments.
