Requisition Comments and Notes:

Position: Interventional Radiology Technician
-
Schedule: 8-hour days with call required; additional call possible based on departmental needs.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years required. Recent EPIC experience (within the last 12 months required).

Certifications: BLS and ARRT required.

Work Environment: Level 1 trauma center; patient population primarily adults.

Licensure: Must have current license or provide proof that it is in process. This must be included in the submission packet.

Orientation: Bi-weekly orientations every Monday.

Transportation: Reliable transportation necessary as public transport is not accessible. Vehicles should be equipped for winter conditions between November and April.

Health Requirements: Covid and flu declinations are accepted; proof or declination statements must be included in the packet.

Documentation: All work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) must be complete. Explain any gaps in employment exceeding 90 days.

Floating: Not required.
